Add PDF form fill (BaseStation) to Community Servers

What: Adds “PDF form fill (BaseStation)” to the Community Servers list.

The link (https://github.com/Base-Station-Inc/pdfkit-mcp) doesn't seem to work for me - can you check this repo is public and the correct link?

I'm closing this as we're no longer accepting updates to the servers README. While we allowed some grace period for PRs submitted before the cutoff, this has passed that period and still isn't in a mergable state.

Going forwards, we recommend submitting MCP servers to the MCP registry - keen to see your server there :)
